Some people benefit from more structure, especially if they're working on behavior changes or have specific goals. Others may need space to explore feelings and process trauma. My goal is to meet you where you're at so that you feel understood and empowered to make the changes you want in your life.

Together, we will get to know each other and figure out your goals for therapy. Then, we will become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, develop new insights, problem-solve, increase your self-compassion, and build healthier habits.

My clients describe me as calm, gentle, and approachable. I’m often told that I make it easy to talk about hard things and that I create a space where they feel safe to be themselves. They appreciate that I’m patient and understanding, and that I help them work through difficult moments without rushing them.

I work best with young adults navigating neurodivergence, ADHD, late autism diagnoses, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, chronic people-pleasers, and those going through a breakup or trying to break old habits.

I like horror movies, reading, and nature walks.
