I approach psychotherapy in a genuine & honest manner. I enjoy discussing with clients how past, present, & future events may impact how someone is experiencing life presently. I enjoy creating a space that is comfortable & safe for clients while also tailoring my approach to best meet my clients where they are at & to address their presenting concerns.

Together we will discuss numerous aspects of life that may impact your experience. I believe that not one thing in someone's life may best explain how someone experiences life. I also believe that addressing difficulties in one aspect of life can bring about positive change in other aspects of life which may not feel directly related.

My clients describe me as someone who is open and honest in session. I provide an environment in which clients can explore their presenting concerns and how they interact with their daily life. I bring a casual presence to session which allows clients to feel comfortable in the therapy setting.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing a wide range of presenting concerns such as navigating new challenges in life such as educational opportunities, transitioning to work, difficulties in changing careers, relationship concerns, and many other topics that affect this population.

I became a therapist because I genuinely want to help people navigate difficult situations. For many individuals, we have been raised with ambiguity around the term mental health and for some, it may be taboo. Addressing this stigma & being able to work through things that impact us on a daily level is something that I have become passionate about.
