My goal is to help individuals move toward a life that feels more aligned with their goals & sense of self.

We will work collaboratively to better understand challenges, develop tools, recognize progress, & create meaningful changes for the life you want to live.

Working with me is a collaborative and intentional experience grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. Clients can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where they feel both supported and appropriately challenged, fostering growth while respecting their autonomy.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their life. I am passionate about supporting healthcare workers, first responders, military personnel, athletes, & others in high pressure environments who spend much of their time caring, serving, or performing for others while struggling to care for themselves.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about understanding people & supporting them through life's challenges. Through my personal, academic, athletic, & professional experiences, I have seen how mental health concerns and difficult life circumstances can make it hard to engage in relationships, pursue goals, & live in a way that feels meaningful.
