Pulling from both personal and professional experience, I strive to create an environment that enhances and encourages growth through providing support and practical feedback. My approach to change is integrative and trauma-focused. I use both “top-down” (mind) and “bottom-up” (body) strategies, and my primary therapeutic method is EMDR.

Together we will work to build upon unique strengths and to achieve the growth that one is committed to accomplishing. We will focus on increasing awareness, knowledge, and skills regarding the impact of trauma(s). Through the facilitation of the reprocessing “stuck” or “undigested” information, we will relieve or all alleviate present day distress.
