My approach is to utilize the therapeutic power of the human relationship to help clients achieve their goals, as well as create the kind of life that they envision for themselves. I believe strongly that my clients are the experts in their own lives, and that counseling can be an important tool in helping clients feel empowered.

Explore the deeper meanings behind the way you experience life, bring kindness and understanding to your inner world, and move towards hope and growth. We can use worksheets and apps to help your journey, or we can have a less structured approach. We will find ways to increase resilience, learn new skills, and move towards healing.

Open, warm, kind, and caring. I am nonjudgmental and love when my clients feel that they can bring their entire selves to the room. I myself am queer and trans and I love helping my peers in their own journeys of identity exploration. I like to bring attention to sources of joy and comfort in life, no matter how small.
