As a therapist, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor my approach to each client. I'm an abolitionist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ ally.

IFS helps you understand different parts of yourself and how they interact, aiming for inner harmony. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) uses eye movements and visualization to help quickly resolve traumatic memories and emotional distress.

I specialize in individual therapy for clients 16 and older, focusing on neurodivergent-affirming therapy. I enjoy working with those navigating autism, ADHD, and trauma.

My own journey with anxiety and adult-discovered neurodivergence drives me to help others find clarity and support earlier in life.

Located on the Green Line, my center table doubles as a whiteboard, and there is no "my seat" or "your seat", it's all fair game!

In addition to therapy, I also offer autism and ADHD assessments using Master's level tools. Since these are not neuropsychological evaluations, I cannot accept insurance for these services. I'm also a board-approved clinical supervisor!
