I primarily use cognitive behavioral, person-centered, coaching, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and trauma-focused approaches with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity. These evidence-based modalities support healing, build insight, and foster growth. In treatment, I help clients develop coping skills and manage symptoms effectively.

I saw how mental health and addiction stigma, along with the lack of representation affect Asian communities. I know reaching out for professional help can feel intimidating, and I aim to be a supportive presence for the communities I belong to as well as those with intersecting identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color.
