I specialize in working with people who:

are over-thinkers and high achievers who are their own worst critics. They struggle with overwhelm, resentment, and perfectionism and worry the pressure will never let up.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it’s like to rely on approaching life problems intellectually and realize it's not working. I found my way through that with IFS therapy.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my office is STYLISH y'all. I didn't decorate with leftover college furniture from my basement - I made it feel NICE.

I consider myself to be Enneagram-informed and LOVE to integrate the Enneagram in my work with clients. I've found it to make things even richer & deeper.
