my clients come to therapy thinking things in their life won't get better until the people around them make changes. I help them discover the power that comes with reworking the relationship they have with their own thoughts, feelings, and impulses.

help you learn that uncomfortable feelings are survivable and that whatever you think of as your "worst traits" are really just parts of you that genuinely believe what they're doing is helpful - and we can help them shift!
I specialize in working with people who:
are over-thinkers, high achievers, their own worst critics, and struggle with overwhelm, self-criticism, and perfectionism. My clients' lives look perfect on paper, but they are secretly dissatisfied...and they feel really conflicted about that.
I became a therapist because:
I know what it’s like to rely on approaching life problems intellectually and realize it's not working. I found my way through that with IFS therapy.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
my office is STYLISH y'all. I didn't decorate with leftover college furniture from my basement - I made it feel NICE.
