I believe therapy should help you feel more like yourself—not judged, pathologized, or alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, chronic pain or illness, relationship stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can exhale and be fully human.

Together, we’ll work on quieting self-criticism, managing overwhelming emotions, improving relationships, and helping you feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to build. I strive to create therapy that is practical, emotionally honest, and deeply supportive where you can develop coping tools and reconnect with your strengths.

Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, genuine, and able to bring humor into difficult conversations in a way that helps therapy feel more human and approachable. As a queer, disabled therapist, I understand firsthand how systems, identities, and lived experiences shape mental health.
