Katrina Tie

Katrina provides trauma-informed therapy in a warm, grounded, and collaborative setting. She works with adults navigating the effects of trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions.

Trauma-informed care includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting, alongside cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused strategies. Katrina is attentive in emphasizing stabilization, emotional regulation, and the development of internal and external supports before engaging in deeper trauma processing.

My clients describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Katrina strives to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients can move at a pace that feels manageable while building confidence and lasting change.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating the effects of trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and significant life transitions. Many of my clients have spent years putting everyone else first and are ready to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward lasting healing.

I became a therapist because I have always been drawn to helping people find hope after difficult experiences. I believe healing is possible, and I am honored to provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can process the past while building the life they want moving forward.

My practice is centered on providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and chronic stress. I believe therapy is effective when clients feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment. Together, we'll focus on building practical skills and working toward lasting healing.
