I help highly sensitive children with anxiety navigate a world that seems harsh, so they can conquer big worries and live life to the fullest. I offer play therapy, individual child therapy, parent-child therapy, and parent support meetings to help your family find more peace.

Parents: we will collaborate to identify therapy goals for your child, process your experience of parenting your kid, and strategize about ways to best support your child outside of therapy. In play therapy I will help your child understand their feelings, process tough experinces, and learn to regulate their big emotions.
