My work is grounded in trauma informed care, meaning safety, consent, and emotional regulation are prioritized. I am intentional about recognizing and respecting the impact of intersecting identities such as gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, culture, and lived experience. My work is affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and others from marginalized communities.

Work together to reduce the emotional charge of traumatic memories and help clients feel more grounded in the present. I help clients feel seen, validated, and empowered. I help clients in reclaiming their voice, trusting their experiences, and building a life that aligns with their values and identity rather than shame or survival.

A genuine human, approachable, and authentic therapist. Clients often experience him as someone who meets them where they are instead of talking “at” them.

Frequently feel emotionally overwhelmed, unseen, or shaped by past experiences and systemic stressors—and who are seeking a therapist who is relational, trauma‑informed, and deeply affirming while still offering practical tools for change.

Personal experiences can shape the course of someone’s life. That language suggests I understand firsthand; how early environments, trauma, marginalization, or emotional invalidation can alter self‑concept, relationships, and opportunity.

My practice is founded on providing a stabilizing environment for those who don't feel like they have one. Creating safety can be freeing, and more importantly, it can be hopeful.
