Something to know about my approach is:

I combine cognitive behavioral and person centered therapy's with a Psyodynamic perspective while relating present difficulties to subconscious memories. I also use a holistic approach to help a client heal from past and present emotional pain.

Together, we will:

WE will look at present day difficulties, find coping skills that work and learn how to include those skills into daily life. There are also times when looking for past trauma can help us heal from the past and move forward into the future.

I specialize in working with people who:

Clients who have endured trauma and need a helping hand to heal. I treat substance use, mood disorders and help those who have endured a traumatic brain injury find a new normal.

I became a therapist because:

I have always had the innate ability to understand life at a deeper level. I am drawn to help others so becoming a therapist seemed natural.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

The outside entry is surrounded by flowers, the lobby is warm and inviting. My office continues the same theme offering a natural calmness.

More about me and my practice:

I am typically quiet, an introvert by nature. Therefore my practice is designed to nurture and encourage clients to heal from the past. I believe that moving forward is often difficult but the culmination of the hard work is worth the wait.
