Taking the first step toward therapy is often the hardest, and I am honored that you are considering working with me. I am a PLPC practicing under the supervision of Kimberly Vest, LPC. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the challenges you are facing together.

I believe deeply in meeting you where you are, without pressure or expectation. My approach is integrative, primarily using Person-Centered and Solution-Focused techniques to help you find a path forward that feels authentic to you.
