women & queer people with high levels of stress/burnout, depression symptoms, experiencing identity or life transitions: their sexuality, gender or the transition of the pregnancy & postpartum period. I work well with folks ready to take steps to prioritize their wellbeing, uncover their own unique inner voice & move beyond just surviving the day-to-day.

I became a Social Worker because I have a really strong activist spirit. I've always envisioned a more just world & questioned how things can be changed. I became a therapist because throughout my career, no matter the scope or scale of the endeavor, I continue to find that it is first through individual connection that we co-create meaningful change.

I approach all of my clients with a genuinely curious & inquisitive mind; I'm truly interested in them & what they bring into their sessions. My practice is a trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming & judgement-free zone. My clients can count on me to show up for them not as a blank slate, but as my authentic self who brings warmth & compassion into sessions.
