I use CBT mixed with mindfulness. In your first session, we'll explore the reasons that have brought you into therapy and then decide the most appropriate methods to help you make the most progress. With the use of CBT, we will look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. I am here to help you navigate your past hurts and heal.

In our work together, I will use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that support both your thoughts and your nervous system—not just “talking about it,” but helping your body feel safer. Together, we will help you learn to regulate emotions, rebuild self-trust, and create meaningful change.
