My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are at. I bring my personality and friendliness into session to make sure you feel comfortable and that you are talking to a real person. Relationship building is very important to me and I will make sure you feel that you are in a safe space.

Together we will figure out your goals for therapy and work on them. I take counseling at your pace and what you are ready for while helping to hold you accountable. To do this we will work on your challenges that are coming up for you while also identifying and working on the root of the problem. This helps us fix the problem instead of band-aiding it.

My clients describe me as understanding, caring, supportive and bubbly. They report feeling safe and supported in the space while being able to talk about difficult topics.
