My approach combines CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy to help clients break unhelpful patterns, build on strengths, and create meaningful change. I offer a supportive space for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns, with support for parents of children with special needs and optional Christian faith integration.

Together, we will work to understand what’s keeping you stuck, strengthen your natural resilience, and build practical tools for change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable as you navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a supportive, collaborative space.

I became a therapist because I understand mental health struggles firsthand and feel a deep calling to help others through them. Supporting clients as they move toward healing, clarity, and growth has been some of the most meaningful work of my life, and I’m grateful to do it every day.
