My clients describe me as someone who “gets it”—especially when it comes to anxiety, overwhelm, ADHD, and feeling different.

I specialize in working with people who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations; including kids who struggle to express themselves and adults who are tired of masking.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone truly feels seen. Healing doesn’t happen through pressure; it happens through connection, safety, and compassion.

I believe therapy should feel safe, not intimidating. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in connection. With children, I use play and creativity to meet them at their level. With teens and adults, I focus on helping you understand your nervous system, reduce shame, and feel more at home in yourself.
