Something to know about my approach is that I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, no matter where you’re starting from. In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s on your mind in a way that feels natural, whether that’s talking things through, laughing a little, or finding creative ways to express yourself.

Together we’ll create a space where you can show up as yourself, talk through what’s been weighing on you, and start to make sense of it all. We’ll figure out what actually helps you feel better, build tools that fit for you, and help you feel more confident and supported along the way.

My clients would describe me as easygoing, supportive, and someone who’s easy to talk to. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence and a bit of humor when it helps, while also knowing when to gently challenge and encourage growth.
