I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and free of judgment. I’ll meet you with warmth and compassion, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it can help you grow. We’ll work together to better understand what you’re feeling, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together we will explore what’s keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and work toward meaningful change. We’ll build practical skills, strengthen your confidence, and develop healthier ways of navigating emotions and relationships—all at a pace that feels right for you.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to, while also being honest and direct when needed. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, knowing you’ll be supported without judgment while still being encouraged to grow.

I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, BPD, eating disorders, and domestic violence. I also work with individuals who feel overwhelmed or stuck and want to better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe place to feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of difficult experiences, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change that leads to healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

I work with individuals and couples and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. My approach combines compassion, collaboration, and practical support. I’m trained in DBT and Attachment Therapy and draw from these approaches to help clients build skills, gain insight, and create lasting change.
