I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, BPD, intense emotions, relationship difficulties, negative self-image, and unhelpful patterns. I also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals with the unique challenges they may face while creating a space where they can be their authentic selves.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they can be fully themselves, feel understood, and discover their ability to create change. I want to help people better understand themselves, build confidence, and feel like they’re back in the driver’s seat of their own lives.
