I work with individuals and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning and insightful, yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we look beyond surface symptoms to understand underlying patterns, emotional experiences, and unmet needs.
