I work with women and teen girls to uncover how past experiences, including unresolved trauma, shape their present lives. Many of the women and teen girls I support are navigating relationship challenges, complex family dynamics, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, or major life transitions

Explore emotional patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others. We’ll focus on increasing clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.

Feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in familiar relationship patterns, or disconnected from their sense of self. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or low confidence and want support that feels steady, compassionate, and thoughtful.

I believe early life experiences shape emotional patterns, self-worth, and relationships. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I wanted to create a space where people feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

My practice is virtual and offers flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
