My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use client centered, CBT, and solution focused strategies to help you better understand what you are experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build realistic tools for change at a pace that feels manageable.

Together, we will identify what feels most important to you, explore the thoughts and patterns affecting your day-to-day life, and develop practical steps toward your goals. I will meet you where you are while also helping you move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

My clients describe me as warm, approachable, honest, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also knowing that I will gently challenge you, help you notice patterns, and stay focused on the changes you want to make.

I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of themselves. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, low self-esteem, stress, or major life transitions. I also have experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they can feel heard without judgment while also receiving meaningful support toward change. I value helping clients recognize their strengths, better understand themselves, and develop practical ways to create a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

I provide virtual therapy to clients located throughout New Hampshire. My practice is welcoming, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I work with adults and adolescents and tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, strengths, and preferences rather than using the same approach with everyone.
