My clients describe me as:
An active listener that strikes a good balance between challenging and empowering my clients, while also working at each individual's pace.
Something to know about my approach is:
I consider the therapeutic relationship to be the most crucial aspect of effective treatment, and I view us as a team. I work from a place of humility and curiosity, and believe that I can learn just as much from you as you can learn from me.
Together, we will:
Co-create a sacred space that allows you to share all parts of yourself, especially those parts that you may keep hidden for others. I will listen, ask questions, and share observations that help you reflect and perhaps shift.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are living with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and relationship or family issues. I apply trauma-informed, attachment focused, and strengths-based frameworks to increase self-awareness and effective coping.
I became a therapist because:
My own mental health journey. I believe that I am more able to understand and empathize with human suffering because of my own experiences.
More about me and my practice:
I have a deep understanding of how our past experiences, particularly those early in life, impact both our psychology and physiology. By supporting the integration of the inner-child, I strive to help my clients reach their full potential.
