The way I approach therapy, depends on who I am working with, and what specific needs there are. However, there are some things that are universal within sessions. I approach each session with enthusiasm and warmth, while working towards whatever goals are set, using which approach is appropriate for you.

I like to provide a doorway to a warm and inviting conversation. These sessions are the beginning of a journey that I am privileged to be a part of. I love to get to know not only what you're looking for out of therapy, but who you are as a person, what your day looks like, what your struggles and dreams are, and how we can work together to meet your goals.

A warm and enthusiastic teammate, who is there to encourage and lead when necessary. Someone who who can provide a different perspective and help them meet their goals.
