My approach is guided by your needs, goals, and feedback. I value open communication so we can adjust our work as needed. I take a culturally informed, strengths-based approach that meets you where you are & explores both past experiences & present patterns. I typically incorporate CBT, DBT, strengths-based work, & psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approaches.

Together we’ll take things at your pace and talk about whatever feels important to you. We’ll explore your past and present while also clarifying your goals for the future. This is your space, and you get to use it in the way that feels most helpful.

My clients describe me as humorous, warm, honest, and authentic. I’m very real in the therapy room and value the relational piece of therapy. You should feel comfortable with your therapist, and I work intentionally to create that kind of safe, genuine space.
