As a trauma-trained clinician specializing in EMDR and parts work (IFS), I work with children, teens and adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we focus on processing difficult experiences, building emotional regulation skills, and helping your nervous system feel safer.

We’ll process what feels stuck and regulate your nervous system to reduce overwhelm, triggers, and dissociation. We’ll build practical skills to deepen awareness of your inner experiences so you can respond with intention rather than react. We’ll develop skills to help you to feel more grounded and in control in your daily life.

I became a therapist because of my own experiences navigating challenges and seeing how deeply they can shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I wanted to help others gain new perspectives, build practical coping skills, process emotions, overcome obstacles, and create a meaningful, fulfilling life they truly enjoy.
