I became a therapist because of my own experiences navigating challenges and seeing how deeply they can shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I wanted to help others gain new perspectives, build practical coping skills, process emotions, overcome obstacles, and create a meaningful, fulfilling life they truly enjoy.
