I provide a safe, warm, judgment-free environment to better explore these issues, learn new perspectives and develop coping skills. Through our discussions, we map out the goals you want to reach and tackle the issues that are most important to you.
My goal is to help those seeking to better understand confusing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and motivation. Mental health issues are often difficult to understand and express, so I help you to find your voice.
My own experiences have shown me how important it is to have someone there for you. Now I aim to help pay it forward and be there for others.
I use a task-based approach, where we discuss and process issues, and together develop strategies of how to better approach them.
