I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining my experience as a personal trainer, health coach, and social worker to treat clients holistically. I believe in the mind-body connection and help clients reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. I blend somatic exercises and talk therapy, teaching clients to attune to their bodies and emotions.
