I take a deeply personalized, whole-person approach to therapy. No two people come in with the same needs, or way of seeing the world—so your treatment plan is tailored specifically to you. My first priority is creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. When you truly feel seen, healing is possible.

A core part of our work will be exploring the roots of your current challenges. Together, we’ll identify the patterns, experiences, or unresolved trauma that may still be affecting your daily life. I provide space for you to process those experiences at your own pace while helping you build practical skills you can use right away.
