I work with high achieving adults who are used to holding a lot; professionally, emotionally, or spiritually, and may feel overwhelmed beneath the surface. We focus on understanding patterns, regulating your nervous system, and creating change that feels steady and sustainable, not rushed.

Together we will explore what’s contributing to your stress, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion while building practical tools to help you feel more steady day-to-day. We’ll also look at deeper patterns, like people-pleasing, overthinking, or difficulty setting boundaries, so you can move through life with more clarity and self-trust.
