My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I provide telehealth and in-person therapy in New Jersey using CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy to help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions with practical coping skills and emotional support.

Together we will identify patterns, set meaningful goals, and build tools to improve emotional regulation, confidence, and daily functioning. Therapy focuses on real-life strategies you can use between sessions to create lasting change and reduce anxiety, overwhelm, and depressive symptoms.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel less alone during difficult times. I’ve seen how the right support, coping skills, and a safe space to talk can help people regain hope, confidence, and a sense of control in their lives.
