I believe therapy starts with real human connection. By creating a nonjudgmental and supportive environment, I help clients feel safe enough to be themselves, explore challenges, and grow in ways that feel authentic and lasting. In our initial sessions, my goal is to begin building a trusting relationship in a safe, warm, and open environment.

I feel called to help others and share my own personal experiences with anxiety. I also worked in community mental health before becoming a therapist and I was very inspired by my co-workers who were counselors.
