My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, collaboration and compassion. Helping caretakers get the care they deserve as they navigate stress, anxiety, burnout and transitions. Sessions with me are engaging, offering a balance of supportive understanding and action-oriented approaches that help my clients feel greater ease, peace and clarity.

Together, we will identify key themes and patterns that keep you feeling stuck and overwhelmed and work together at a pace that best supports you, honoring your life experiences, current day stressors, roles and identity.

My clients often describe me as warm, caring, relatable, easy to talk to, supportive and skilled. While our sessions will feel productive and full of deep emotional work, time often goes by quickly and we will find sparks of joy and humor along the way. I value the trust and safety my clients and I build and am honored to walk this path with them.

I specialize in working with Millennial and Gen Z women experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout and/or navigating life transitions. Often life doesn't turn out as planned and reality doesn't feel like we thought it would. I help caretakers, deep feelers and women recovering from invalidation and people pleasing gain confidence, self-trust, clarity and relief.

I became a therapist out of a deep care for empowering disenfranchised, traumatized and under-supported populations. Early training as a therapist led me towards specializing in supporting women healing from trauma and I've continued my mission of empowerment, helping women break free from the confines of anxiety and develop self trust and confidence.

With integrity and honoring the value of human connection, my practice prioritizes accessible communication with me directly and does not utilize AI in any capacity to support my work. I value trust in human connection as that is where deep healing, not just surface coping can exist. Know that when you contact me, you get me, every time for everything.
