I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals with OCD and certified in Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for clients experiencing BFRBs and tic disorders. My clinical foundation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), though I take an eclectic and flexible approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
