My clients describe me as resourceful, realistic, calming, and understanding.
I am a listening ear and an open mind. Deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique journeys towards healing and self-discovery.
Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I’m here to support you as we explore your thoughts, develop new coping strategies, and work toward fulfillment that aligns with your goals. Your experiences matter.
I work with older teens and young adults facing life transitions, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I’m passionate about supporting BIPOC clients who have experienced trauma and are resolving past issues while moving forward.
I aim to reduce mental health stigma in the BIPOC community and provide accessible treatment to help clients gain clarity and self-support tools.
I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
As a therapist, I believe true healing occurs in a safe space where individuals can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to empower clients to navigate their journeys until they feel comfortable working independently.
