I specialize in working with people who:

experience anxiety, depression and are overwhelmed. I help them find new grounding, hope and healing. I help my clients to understand their triggers and learn new coping skills. I also support bariatric surgery patients before and after their surgery

I became a therapist because:

to show love, to care, to listen, and advocate for people who are suffering from mental health issues. I want to help you reach your goals in life.
