It is my privilege to provide a judgment-free space for anyone who needs one. I believe you are the expert on you, and that my role is to support you and hold you accountable to your own goals. I would not describe myself as a "blank slate" therapist- I prefer to offer insights and challenge clients if needed.

I help individuals go from feeling stuck in old patterns to feeling more empowered and self-aware. Using a trauma-informed relational approach, I encourage clients to reexamine limiting beliefs and to foster healthier ways of coping with life and all of its hurdles.

I have been told by clients that they can tell I really think about them and their issues. I have been described as "down to earth." I do not over-work myself so that I have time to truly process what has happened in session. I pride myself on being fully-present when I show up to the therapeutic space.
