My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I focus on helping you understand the roots of your patterns and how past experiences may still be impacting you today. I use EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, always tailoring therapy to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
