My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, client-centered. I hold a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen and respected. With Cerebral Palsy lived experience and sociology/Africana Studies background, I understand resilience amid systemic inequities. I blend CBT, mindfulness/somatic tools, strengths-based focus—tailored to your goals and pace.

Together we will build tools for resilience, self-compassion, and stronger connections. We’ll address anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship challenges (communication, intimacy, conflict) trauma, or systemic pressures. You’re the expert on your story; I provide steady, empowering support to help you feel more grounded, calm, and confident moving forward.
