I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, persistent depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also work with caregivers and family members in role transitions related to a loved one with cognitive decline and the aging process.

I changed careers mid-life to become a therapist because I believe in the power of story- to heal, connect and change our experience with suffering. My experience with loss has taught me that the process of listening and sharing are invaluable human gifts.
