Many of my clients are also athletes, including bodybuilders, and individuals navigating chronic illness like cancer. I also support healthcare professionals and others in high-stress careers who feel sad, anxious, or overwhelmed.

I saw a gap between mental and physical health in our healthcare system. Too often, people are offered medication or surgery without support for the emotional/psychological aspects of creating real change. I take a holistic, mind-body approach by helping you better understand yourself, as well as build the skills and confidence to make meaningful changes.
