I specialize in working with young(ish) adults, teens, and people navigating big life transitions—whether that’s starting college, changing careers, healing from trauma, or figuring out who they are. Many of my clients are exploring identity, recovering from difficult childhoods, or trying to break old patterns around relationships, self-worth, or stress.

Therapy helped me feel understood and reminded me I didn’t have to figure everything out alone. It gave me space to grow and heal, and I wanted to offer that to others. I became a therapist to hold that kind of space—one that’s real, supportive, and rooted in care, connection, and the belief that change is possible.

I offer virtual therapy that’s warm, real, and affirming. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of experience. My dog or one of my cats may pop into session—but don’t worry, they know the rules of confidentiality. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating change, stress, identity, and healing.
