I see you as a whole person, not a problem to fix. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with care and curiosity guiding the process. I also gently incorporate the mind and body, because healing often happens when you feel safe enough to slow down and truly connect with yourself.

Together we’ll make sense of what you’ve been carrying, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways to support you that feel realistic and grounding. My hope is that you leave our work feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and less alone in what you’re going through.
