I use a holistic and cognitive approach to find and release the underlying beliefs and emotions that create discomfort. Some powerful processes that I use are EMDR, EFT/Tapping, and Mindfulness to help you find relief and create desired results.

talk about what really matters to you. My intention is to create a safe place for you to be yourself and express your concerns. Whether it's anxiety, sadness, uncertainty, self-esteem, relationship issues or trauma we can create positive change.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with general and social anxiety who would like to be free to enjoy life. I also have a specialty in working with adults who have suffered from sexual or physical abuse, accidents, PTSD or any kind of trauma and painful past events.

I became a therapist because:

after recovering from a trauma of my own I decided that I wanted to provide help in a more profound way. This choice has been deeply satisfying.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

working remotely provides the greatest safety for my clients and myself from COVID. The sessions are just as effective and no masks are required!
