I think therapy works best when it doesn't feel like therapy. I sit with you the way I'd want someone to sit with me — slowly, without rushing to fix you. I draw on both evidence-based tools (EMDR, Gottman) and contemplative practice, but the most important thing in the room is that you feel seen and not pathologized.

figure out what's actually weighing on you, and what's been getting in the way of moving through it. Sometimes that means working with old wounds (EMDR, depth work). Sometimes it means new patterns in how you communicate or relate. We'll go at the pace your nervous system can hold.

Steady. Patient. Willing to sit with hard things without flinching. They tell me I take the whole of them seriously — the trauma history, the relationships, the spiritual questions, the parts they're embarrassed about. Many say it's the first therapy that's felt like a real relationship.
