My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I help people slow down, listen to their emotions and bodies with curiosity, and understand how past experiences shape present patterns. Together we move beyond coping toward lasting change, self-compassion, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.

Together we’ll create a space where every part of you is welcome. We’ll gently explore what’s beneath anxiety, depression, grief, or self-doubt, process emotions at their roots, and help you build relationships with yourself and others that feel more authentic, secure, and fulfilling.

My clients describe me as warm, deeply present, insightful, and compassionate. They often tell me they feel genuinely understood, challenged with care, and able to explore difficult emotions without judgment. Many leave feeling more connected to themselves, more hopeful, and less alone.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, or life transitions, and want more than symptom relief—they want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting emotional change.

I became a therapist because of the role I took in my own family or origin, my immigration experience, and also because I’ve always been fascinated by the human capacity to heal in loving relationships. I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to face painful experiences and move toward a fuller, more authentic life.

I integrate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), somatic awareness, attachment theory, and psychodynamic therapy. I offer both in-person sessions in Brooklyn and virtual therapy throughout New York. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, emotionally safe, and able to grow in ways that extend far beyond the therapy room.
