I work collaboratively with you on the issues/struggles that you share. Together we can reflect on issues, answer questions, and reframe the challenges you are facing. My goal is that we develop a plan to address issues that are important to you.

We will figure out what core issues are important to you and discuss them in your sessions. We may also discuss how past issues or relations affect your current state of thinking. We will then discuss what goals you have and how to address them.

I want my clients to feel relaxed and safe when they meet me. I am honest, direc and humorous when its appropriate.

I have been working with young professionals dealing with work/life balance and the challenges of new careers; parent and adult children who are addressing current and past relationship issues; and couples therapy.

I am a therapist because I enjoy the opportunity of helping my clients become empowered. I help clients with the "tools" to help themselves.
