I work collaboratively with you on the issues/struggles that you share. Together we can reflect on issues, answer questions, and reframe the challenges you are facing. My goal is that we develop a plan to address issues that are important to you.

We will figure out what core issues are important to you and discuss them in your sessions. We may also discuss how past issues or relations affect your current state of thinking. We will then discuss what goals you have and how to address them.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have been working with young professionals dealing with work/life balance and the challenges of new careers; parent and adult children who are addressing current and past relationship issues; and couples therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I am a therapist because I enjoy the opportunity of helping my clients become empowered. I help clients with the "tools" to help themselves.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I enjoy tele therapy (video) because it provides a safe environment for clients to discuss their issues.

I have been a social worker for over twenty years. I have a very diverse clientele. I value your life experience and use your knowledge to help guide the therapy. I believe this is a collaborative effort where we can both learn form each other.
